Hi, I'm Kurt — lifelong photographer, storyteller, and the creative force behind KuCoPhoto.
With a camera in my hands since grade school and experience that spans from the U.S. Navy to high-end real estate photography, I’ve spent decades learning how to capture the essence of a moment — whether it’s a lighthouse standing watch on the Maine coast, or the perfect angle of your property that helps it sell faster and stand out online.
My business is rooted in clarity, creativity, and connection. I specialize in real estate photography and 3D tours that not only showcase homes and properties but invite viewers to imagine themselves living and thriving there. I use industry-leading tools — including Matterport, DJI drones, and Fuji + Ricoh cameras — to deliver crisp, immersive visuals from ground to sky.
